About
She was born and raised in St. Petersburg and received a medical education. However, she later discovered the art of pastry making and made a significant career change. In 2018, she started as an assistant in her first pastry shop. She was fortunate to have a good mentor who helped her build a strong professional foundation and develop a genuine passion for pastry. She then pursued targeted training, focusing on techniques she hadn't yet mastered, refining her skills, making mistakes, and constantly seeking more information. In 2022, she moved to Moscow to work with chefs who inspired her. It was during this time that she joined Artest**, which had a significant impact on her professional development over the next two years. "Creating a dish for me is almost a mystical process. It's about carefully examining the ingredients and finding what will best highlight all the nuances of flavor. I love using aromatic peppers and wild herbs."
