I have been working in this profession for 13 years. During that time, I have worked on projects for "Coffeemania," ABR in Kazakhstan, and Finch. I completed an internship in Japan specializing in pastry making, and I have attended professional food industry exhibitions in Germany and Russia. I have also actively broadened my culinary knowledge through gastronomic tours in London, Tokyo, Paris, Almaty, and Hamburg.
I was born and raised in Moscow. By education, I am a chef-pastry cook and a food technology specialist. I am a happy family man: I have a wife, a child, and a dog. I enjoy an active lifestyle – I play soccer, regularly attend functional training sessions, and I am learning English.
