About
I am a trained chef and pastry chef, with a technical degree in food technology. I completed an internship in Italy on the island of Ischia, near Naples, and worked for a long time with the renowned Sicilian chef Giuseppe Priolo at one of the flagship restaurants of the Ginza Project, "Francesco." From 2008 to 2020, I also worked at other top establishments within the international Ginza Project group, including "Mansarda," "Ginza," and "Capuletti," the last of which I managed from 2015. In parallel, I oversaw several suburban projects, opened restaurants from the ground up, and served as the head chef of the premium gourmet store "All foods."
"Cuisine is my passion. Once, in a dream, I was declared the future head chef, and I realized that it was a sign, and I didn't want to miss my chance. Following my dream, I ended up at what is considered the best hotel in Russia and took charge of the kitchens of two restaurants at the Mriya Resort & SPA: Mandarin and L'Olivo. The concepts of these establishments are fundamentally different from each other. Despite this challenging endeavor, I see immense potential for creativity, a stimulus for development, and a unique opportunity to showcase my skills."
