Eduard began his career in 1998 in Kazan, at the restaurant "Georgian Stories." Later, under the guidance of Chef Soso Khutsishvili, he achieved great success at the restaurant "Saradishvili."
Eduard Giviovich was born into a large family. When he was 17, his father decided that Eduard should follow in the footsteps of his grandmother, who had worked as a cook at the Central Committee of Georgia. Eduard started as a kitchen assistant, but he always dreamed of being like Chef Soso Khutsishvili and cooking with the same deliciousness.
