About
Since 2009, I have been building my career as a chef, exploring various culinary fields, from fast food to haute cuisine. For a long time, I worked as a chef in Tula, achieving certain heights in culinary arts, and then I moved to Moscow to learn new flavors and techniques. I worked at the high-end restaurant "Parisienne" in Moscow, under the guidance of Chef Christian Maurino. It was at the same establishment that I began working with Denis Sidorkin, who later invited me to join the "Ginza Project." I gained extensive experience working with fish and seafood under the direction of Chef Andrey Palesiki. I have worked with many well-known chefs in Russia and have also completed internships. I have experience working abroad, specifically in Italy, in the city of Trieste, at the restaurant Joila. I regularly attend various events, master classes, and internships. I have experience conducting master classes. From 2020 to 2022, I served as the head chef at Saladon LLC (Testo-bar 2020 and the Gnezdo cafe). I have experience working in an open kitchen environment.
