About
Dmitry quickly preferred the creative work of a chef to the dry academic study of law at the law faculty. A native of Rybinsk, he began his professional career after obtaining culinary training. He worked in various regions, and his career as a head chef took off in Moscow's restaurants Le Restaurant, Carne Vino, and Restaurant 360. From his youth, Dmitry enjoyed independently selecting ingredients for his dishes, and he has maintained this habit to this day. He starts his day early, personally visiting the market to purchase the best products from vendors he already knows. A hardworking and naturally demanding person, Dmitry carefully selects his team of like-minded individuals. He himself strives for continuous development, studying new flavor combinations and processing techniques to surprise guests with original tastes and win them over with the balance of price and quality. In the past year, Dmitry Lobanov has participated in the opening of six Moscow projects, which have quickly become popular with the public due to their original concept and honest, well-balanced, and gastronomically interesting cuisine.
