About
I have been specializing in Japanese cuisine for over 15 years. My experience includes opening the renowned "Megu" restaurant, which features innovative Japanese cuisine and is located in the Lotte Hotel Moscow. I was also the driving force and founder of a premium sushi bar at Petrovsky Market, as well as several other unique projects of various formats.
I am the head chef at the "Red Point Izakaya" bar, "Depo," and "Noribar Alternative" sushi restaurant.
The foundation of my culinary philosophy is the combination of classic techniques with modern presentation, seasonal ingredients, and deep Asian flavors, all aimed at achieving a perfect balance. I pay great attention to detail, the quality of the ingredients, and the presentation of the dishes. I only work with premium-quality products, such as bluefin tuna, fresh Japanese fish, and seafood.
