About
One of the most influential Russian chefs of the decade, shaping the future and transforming the present, became a chef at the age of 20. This isn't surprising, as he had been working in restaurant kitchens since he was 14. "I immediately ended up in a good place, so I enjoyed it," he recalls. This was the restaurant of the Central Sports Club (TsDL). Later, he worked at "Akademia," where he first made pizza, then at "Oblomov," part of the "Restaurant Syndicate," and finally at the cafe "Tarelka," which he opened himself while already holding the position of head chef.
