Dmitry has been successfully working in the restaurant industry for 20 years, having participated in major Russian and international projects, opening both independent establishments and restaurants within hotels. For the past 7 years, Dmitry has been the head of Crafted Grill Bar in the Sokolniki Park. Under his leadership, the project has entered the top 10 best park restaurants in Moscow and the top 5 most visited establishments in the Sokolniki district. In the summer of 2023, Dmitry was involved in the opening of a new panoramic restaurant, "Malinovka," in Sokolniki Park, with a capacity of 400 seats.
