"La PUNTO" gastropub, July 20, 2019 – September 1, 2019: Started as a cook, first experience as a team leader. "Wine Galaxy" restaurant, 2019-2020: After graduating from culinary school. "Baran-Rapan" restaurant, January 28, 2020 – June 5, 2024: Gained a general understanding of the culinary world and a desire for greater success. Here, I gained my first experience working on special dinners with renowned chefs such as Vladimir Olkinitsky, Kursant Nuradinov, and Evgeny Kozubov. I also participated in an off-site dinner event in Moscow, held at the "Ararat Park Hyatt Moscow" hotel, under the guidance of Andrey Gryazev.
I was born and raised in Sochi. My main passion has always been equestrian sports, and my family has always supported my pursuit of it. However, later I developed an interest in gastronomy and enrolled in a culinary school, specializing in "Cook-Pastry Chef." At the same time, I tried working in restaurants, and I enjoyed it, which became the starting point of my career. The restaurant business captivated me. I began to develop new ideas in cooking, discover new flavors, and refine my skills. Thanks to my passion, hard work, and the guidance of talented mentors, I was able to achieve a high level of skill and quality in my work. It's hard to believe that seven years of my life have passed in the hospitality industry. And now, I am excited to welcome you to my author's menu at the "Poseidon" restaurant.
