About
Daniil began his career as a chef at TBK Lounge in 2007. He was instrumental in creating the menu for the "TBK Lounge" restaurant, collaborating with the renowned Thomas Müller. Daniil also completed internships and worked alongside some of the best chefs in Europe and Asia, including Seiji Kusano, Jérôme Costi, Marc de Passorio, Pierre Garnier, and others. Thanks to him, the menu features both masterpieces of international cuisine and familiar dishes, but presented in a new, original way. Daniil gained his most significant international experience at the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver. He was also recognized as the "Best Chef" in the "What to Eat in Siberia" awards, as judged by the "Sobaka.Ru" portal.
