Daniele Benedetti, the head chef of the Italian trattoria Fettuccine, moved to Sochi approximately five years ago from Umbria, specifically from the green heart of Italy – the city of Perugia. His parents taught him the secrets of traditional Italian cuisine, and he then studied culinary arts at the hospitality institute in Assisi. Daniele also had the opportunity to learn from the famous chef Angelo Paracucchi, further refining his skills in restaurants throughout Italy and later, in Russia.
