About
Daniel Höglander is one of the most charismatic Scandinavian chefs, and he has received numerous awards, ranging from the Bocuse d'Or to the World Culinary Cup. However, he gained the most recognition for the restaurant Aloë, which he opened in 2015 in Longbro, a southern suburb of Stockholm. Daniel is the head chef and co-owner of Aloë, in partnership with Niklas Jonsson.
