Daniel opened his first restaurant at the age of 30 in Cognac, France. In addition to his daily work at his own restaurant, "Le Nautile," Daniel participated in 7 training programs at the highest-rated Michelin-starred restaurants and hotels in France. After 5 successful years, Daniel wanted to see the world and embarked on a long journey to Nassau, Bahamas, where he worked as the executive chef at one of the most prestigious private clubs, the Lyford Cay Club. Daniel was invited to the Al Digital Palace to work as the personal chef for His Highness the Emir of Qatar, a position he held until 2002, organizing private and official events, receptions, and banquets for heads of state from many countries. From 2002 to 2004, Daniel conducted master classes for students at the Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Academy in Paris and around the world. From 2008 to 2009, Daniel worked as the head chef at Concord Catering, a group affiliated with Sberbank, in Moscow. From 2009 to 2013, Daniel was the head chef at the Sheraton Palace Hotel in Moscow, and was later recognized as the best Starwood hotel in 2012. Six months before the 2014 Winter Olympics, Daniel opened as the executive chef for the Swissotel Kamelia Sochi and Swissotel Krasnaya Polyana clusters. Daniel then worked as a senior consultant, traveling the world for 3 years, helping hoteliers and restaurateurs update their menus and develop their businesses. Since 2017, Daniel has been the culinary director at "Villa Ples" in Ples, Russia, offering a unique wellness program that combines diet, exercise, spa treatments, and yoga. Currently, he is leading the kitchen for the "Podmoskovnye Vechera" project.

Daniel was born in Cognac, France, 60 years ago. With over 35 years of experience in the professional culinary arts and business, Daniel has worked as a head chef in more than 10 top-rated restaurants and 5-star hotels, including Michelin-starred establishments, as well as as a private chef for His Highness the Emir of Qatar and Her Highness Sheikha Moza, and for the President of Kazakhstan. Education: Daniel first earned a degree in philosophy/translation, and then a master's degree in culinary arts from the culinary institute in Bordeaux in 1986.
