From a very young age, Damir loved to cook and dreamed of becoming a chef. After school, he didn't hesitate and successfully completed culinary college. This marked the beginning of his rapid career path.

At just 23 years old, he became a head chef, and later a brand chef for several establishments. He repeatedly improved his skills through masterclasses offered by the most successful restaurants in Moscow and St. Petersburg. He also drew inspiration from the best restaurants in Italy.

At the "Barabula" restaurant, Damir focuses on the quality of the ingredients, transforming them into incredible and delicious dishes with elegant presentation.
