His talent truly blossomed in Siberia. After numerous culinary journeys through Georgia, Turkey, and Armenia, Avaz participated in the development of Eastern concepts and became the brand chef for the restaurants "HOCHU PURI" and "Bread and Nino." The talented chef has consistently impressed guests with his exceptional dishes, his unique approach to cooking, and his original vision of traditional Georgian cuisine, adding a fusion element to the classic interpretations of the dishes. Over the past 3 years, approximately 15 restaurants with an Eastern theme have been opened by the company, and the brand chef continues his culinary travels in search of new ideas, collaborations, and pop-up dining experiences.
