Artem Pinchuk is the head chef at the restaurant Gaston. His culinary career began with an internship at the Ginza restaurant. It was here that he first experienced the magic of the kitchen and realized that it was his calling. Artem's journey continued at the Beefzavod restaurant, where he worked in the hot kitchen and mastered the art of grilling meat. The next step in his career was an offer to go to Crimea to open a meat restaurant called "Mychara" as a sous chef. His talent was recognized there, and he quickly rose to the position of meat chef. Upon returning to St. Petersburg, Artem joined the team at the F11 restaurant, where he worked as a sous chef for 2.5 years. After trying his hand at developing a new menu at the Taiga restaurant, Artem went on an internship in Moscow with Ruslan Polyakov, and then continued his training in Murmansk, where he is currently working at Gaston. Artem draws inspiration from the world around him: beautiful cities, nature, and people all fuel his culinary ideas. He believes that creating dishes is an intuitive process, where the ingredients themselves suggest combinations. For him, it is important to work in a team where patience and mutual understanding are the foundation of a successful kitchen. For Artem, the Gaston project is an opportunity to be part of creating the best restaurant in the Kola Peninsula. His signature dish is delicate salmon with a sauté, which surprises with its delicate flavor and a vibrant side dish of green peas, olives, and capers. In his free time, Artem enjoys spending time in nature with his wife, exploring new places. His dream is to travel to Spain to discover new culinary horizons.
