About

Artyom was born on August 11, 1985, in the city of Neftekumsk, Stavropol region. From a young age, Artyom loved to experiment: even at the age of 12, he was baking layered eggplant with cheese and herbs for his loved ones. This desire for experimentation has remained with him: new dishes often come about by chance, through bold combinations and a method of trial and error. Outside of the kitchen, Artyom is passionate about sports: he plays football, table tennis, beach volleyball, skis, and practices MMA. He also enjoys fishing, which helps him to relax and recharge. His motto is simple: "Taste is always the most important thing. Everything else is just an addition." Today, he is a chef with ten years of experience, for whom cooking has become not just a profession, but a form of creativity and a way to give people emotions. Artyom's journey into the restaurant world didn't start immediately. He initially chose a career in law, but his love for food and his desire for self-expression led him to the kitchen. While working as a waiter and bartender in some of Moscow's best establishments, he gained an understanding of the inner workings of a restaurant. A turning point came when he joined the team of Chef Ilya Zakharov. Under his guidance, Artyom began his career as a prep cook at the Luciano restaurant in 2013, then worked in the cold kitchen, and later in the hot kitchen of the Zodiac restaurant. This experience became a true school of survival and inspiration for him. Today, he manages several projects in Krasnaya Polyana, creating menus that combine borscht and tom yum, foie gras and morels, classic dishes and pan-Asian flavors. In his work, Artyom values taste above all else. He believes that even the most sophisticated techniques and impressive presentation are meaningless if the dish doesn't evoke a sense of delight. His style is characterized by bold flavors, minimalism in presentation, and a constant search for new ideas.
