1. Dreamed of being a chef since childhood. 2. In school, he participated in orienteering and was already responsible for the field kitchen, cooking over a campfire for all participants. 3. However, he refused to work in the kitchen during his military service, although that didn't prevent him from feeding his comrades delicious meals during guard duty. 4. Once, during Maslenitsa (a Russian folk holiday), he and his team baked over 12,000 pancakes. 5. Once, arriving 30 minutes before the New Year's chimes, he managed to set up a magnificent New Year's table, proving that knowledge and skill can help even in the most critical situations. 6. At home, he loves to cook fish and spoil his daughter with "treats." Among the favorites on the family table are tartare and his signature pancakes. 7. His love for Russian cuisine is thanks to his grandmother. She taught him to cook dishes like zrazy (stuffed meat rolls), Kiev cutlets, and "goroshnitsa" (a dish with peas), which his grandfather loved. 8. Once, instead of 1 ton of cooked couscous, he made 2 tons, miscalculating the proportions. 9. He has organized large festivals on several occasions: "Alpaca Fest 2019" for 5,000 people, the annual "Sabantuy" festival for 10,000 people in Yekaterinburg, and the All-Russian "Field Day 2020" and "Field Day 2021" for 20,000 participants. 10. He can cook not only traditional Russian cuisine but also sushi. In 2013, he took 2nd place in the "Sushi Master" category at the "Eurasia" culinary salon.
