About
Anton Iseinin is a bread experimenter, a self-taught enthusiast, and a passionate baker who has honed his skills through books and YouTube videos from American and European bakers. He spends around 35 hours on each batch of sourdough bread, and his homemade brioche is made with a wheat starter and New Zealand butter. He previously served as the head baker at the Espresso Tonic coffee shop, and is now the head baker at the popular urban project "ASTER cafe" in St. Petersburg. Before dedicating himself to baking, Anton worked in the tourism industry for over 15 years, traveling extensively and gaining knowledge of the flavors and culinary traditions of various countries. He collected the most interesting recipes from around the world, and is now eager to share his accumulated knowledge. Want to know the difference between a simit and a bagel? You'll learn about it in Anton's exclusive course.
