Without a strong and cohesive team of like-minded individuals, it's impossible to reach a high level," shares Anna, the head chef of the Tatlin restaurant and the ArtBar Continental.
Anna Beshetskaya has learned and worked extensively to create her signature dishes. She began her culinary journey at a culinary college in Moscow and, at the age of 17, started working at the "President-Hotel." She worked there for 7 years and had the opportunity to learn about every department of the hotel. Later, Anna decided to pursue higher education.
She honed her skills and gained experience in luxury hotels, including the "Marriott Grand" and the "Ararat Park Hyatt Moscow." She then joined the Hotel Continental as a department supervisor. During the FIFA World Cup in Moscow, she was appointed head chef, a position she still holds, overseeing the kitchens of both the restaurant and the bar.
Anna's dishes are meticulously crafted, offering perfectly balanced flavors and visual appeal. To experience them, it's essential to visit the Tatlin restaurant and the ArtBar Continental.
