About
Andrey Savenkov is a chef with 15 years of experience, creating a unique "Krasnopolyanskaya" cuisine philosophy in the heart of the mountain resort of Krasnaya Polyana. At its core are national recipes, a Caucasian spirit, and a deep love for this picturesque corner of Sochi. Today, "Krasnopolyanskaya" cuisine is a vibrant fusion of gastronomic traditions from different cultures, complemented by Southern specialties, where each flavor tells its own story.
Andrey was born in Tallinn, Estonia, and from a young age, he was passionate about reading and history. By chance, he chose a career in culinary arts, attending a vocational school in Narva, and then returned to Tallinn, where his professional development reached a new level. Working in the most popular restaurants in the capital, he achieved the highest chef category – EQF level 4 (Estonian Culinary School, 2015).
In 2018, Andrey moved from Europe to Crimea due to family circumstances. There, he became fascinated by the history and architecture of palaces, creating unique tasting menus inspired by the past. Today, his journey has led him to Krasnaya Polyana, where he is developing and embodying his culinary philosophy, combining history, tradition, and modern flavors in every dish.
