About
He came to Rostov-on-Don from the small provincial town of Shakhty, where he lived and studied to become a chef. He began his professional career at the restaurant "Donskaya Rosha," where, after a few months, he was promoted to shift supervisor. He then worked at the restaurant "Frau Müller," where he became a sous chef within six months, and later the head chef. He worked there for 5 years. Shortly after, he joined the "Sicilia" chain, where he held the position of regional head chef. He then worked for 3.5 years as the brand chef for a pizza chain. He completed internships in Moscow restaurants and drew inspiration from the mountains of the Caucasus, specifically in the regions of Vladikavkaz and Dagestan.
