About
My interest in cooking began in childhood, thanks to my grandmother, who headed a catering complex in the Kremlin. My culinary career started at the age of 16 with Japanese cuisine, which was very popular at the time. I have visited dozens of countries, and while traveling the world, I didn't just explore museums and landmarks; I primarily focused on learning about national cuisines and the gastronomic preferences of local people.
Since 2015, I have settled in Sochi, which is renowned for its abundance of local produce, its wonderful climate, and the opportunities it offers for creativity. This is where my career truly began. Here, I work and collaborate with local farmers and producers who help me discover new flavors: young and aged cheeses from a mountain dairy, genuine forest honey, fresh vegetables and fruits, and real trout, not farmed. Working in the heart of a ski resort, I have plenty of time to go hiking in the mountains, snowboard, travel, and interact with interesting people. These interactions inspire me and provide me with new creative energy, which I strive to incorporate and share with you through the flavors of my new creations on your plate. Since 2021, I have been leading the kitchen at the design restaurant МЁД kitchen&bar, located in the heart of Krasnaya Polyana, and I invite you to join me for an unforgettable dinner in the mountains.
