Christian Ottwaska Fürstenfelder has been certified organic (DE-ÖKO-006) since 2003. We care deeply about where our organic ingredients are produced – this applies equally to the rearing, feeding and slaughter of animals for meat and to the crops yielded from organic farming. Fair trade and the quality of life of our staff are just as important to us.
