About
My career began in St. Petersburg in 2009 at the trendy restaurant-club chain "Penabar." Within two years, I rose to the position of deputy chef. I worked as a chef at the same chain for about a year, followed by internships with renowned chefs throughout Russia. Since 2018, I have been launching my own projects across Russia, with the most recent one being in the Ural region, in the city of Berezniki, Perm region. Before my current position, I haven't worked in any high-profile establishments. Currently, I have been working for 2.5 years at the best company in the network of 3 hotels and restaurants in Veliky Novgorod.
I was born in Central Asia, in the city of Urgench. I graduated from high school and then attended a Polytechnic College, where I studied to become a mechanic. From a young age, I gained significant experience in the kitchen, both in cooking and cleaning, as I had to help feed my younger brother. My father was a military officer, and my mother was a chief accountant, creating a perfect balance of discipline and praise, for which I am grateful. I practiced boxing and freestyle wrestling for about 3 years. I enjoy playing the guitar, and currently, I am passionate about my work, constantly developing my skills, and I spend as much of my free time as possible with my family.
