Member of the Chefs Team Russia association, 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
Since the age of 13, she dreamed of becoming a chef, inspired by the animated film "Ratatouille." She started with an internship in a cafeteria, where the pots were taller than she was, and progressed from cook to brand chef in several establishments. She worked in a French restaurant and completed training at the "SVCh" culinary school in St. Petersburg, including a professional course on sauces. At Natura, she is responsible for developing and implementing new dishes, ensuring quality control, and training the team across all locations.
She loves plant-based cuisine and healthy food, but she also easily adapts the menu to meet the needs of the audience, whether it's hearty dishes for men or balanced meals for children. She is a baker and has developed recipes for signature sourdough breads. She worked on the recipes for several months and ultimately found the perfect combination of taste and texture: wheat with walnuts, malted with cranberries, and whole wheat with flaxseed.
