I genuinely enjoy my craft. My journey into the world of desserts began early: at the age of 14, I dreamed of becoming a pastry chef, and at 18, I was invited to work as a pastry chef in my first restaurant, "Antresol" (Chelyabinsk). I worked there for three years, honing my skills and developing a love for the profession. After moving to St. Petersburg, I worked as a pastry chef at the restaurant "Leth" under the guidance of Denis Nazarov for two years, where I learned modern techniques and experimented with visual presentations. Later, I headed the pastry department of the restaurant "NOK," and I also worked on updating the dessert menus for popular establishments such as "Burger&Crab" (Pyat Uglov, St. Petersburg) and the "PAR" restaurant chain.
