Altin Israelov was born in the summer in the city of Talas, where he began to develop his talent and build his career. As a child, he loved helping his mother in the kitchen and cooking for the whole family. At that time, his older brother, noticing his enthusiasm and talent, advised him to attend a vocational school. Altin did not resist and, during his studies, managed to complete internships in local restaurants. After graduating, he worked for a couple of years in a Turkish cuisine restaurant, and then moved to Moscow. Young and ambitious, after working in an Italian restaurant and rising from a regular cook to a sous chef, he transitioned to the position of ramen chef at [KU:] in 2017. Starting from scratch in a new cuisine and culture, Altin spent a year there and then went on an internship in Japan with renowned and highly regarded chefs. In Japan, he realized that people spend years perfecting the art of ramen and that there is no limit to improvement. When the second [KU:] opened, Altin became a sous chef, underwent training in Japan for the second time, mastering new techniques for preparing izakaya dishes. With the opening of the City location, he became the Head Chef. Currently, Altin oversees all [KU:] projects. In addition to cooking, he is passionate about football. During his time at [KU:], he formed a football team of cooks who play every week.
