About
She began her professional career in 2011 in the city of Vladikavkaz, where she prepared delicious sandwiches based on American recipes. In 2012, she immersed herself in Pan-Asian cuisine. In 2015, she became the head chef in a new project, specializing in European, Italian, and Pan-Asian cuisine. Later, she moved to St. Petersburg, realizing that she needed to move forward. In 2017, she worked in a delivery service to better understand the workings of establishments in St. Petersburg and explore new aspects of the industry. She joined Gills in 2018, further refining her skills. Alina achieved her goal: to become the chef she is today, and now she can bring her very ambitious ideas to life. She is also very proud of the medal she won for 3rd place in a cycling competition in Southern Russia. Alina draws inspiration from nature and people. She dreams of working in European establishments to further develop her unique culinary style. Her perseverance helps her grow, and Alina doesn't like to lose; she always sees things through to the end.
Alina was born in Vladikavkaz, Republic of North Ossetia-Alania. She has always dreamed of being a person who makes a difference in people's lives, doing something useful, and being the best in everything, even becoming a champion in cycling or motorsports. These qualities ultimately led her to her calling as a chef. She studied metallurgy and process engineering, but her knowledge comes from her own explorations, as she loves experimenting.
