He began his culinary career in 2000, starting as a general cook at the "Five Elements" restaurant and hotel complex. Over time, he progressed from cook to head chef. He has worked in various formats within the restaurant industry, from catering for city events to managing classic restaurants serving European, Italian, and Caucasian cuisine. He has participated in city-wide gastronomic events and received awards for the best presentation of dishes in professional skills competitions.

Alexander believes that the role of a head chef involves fulfilling multiple roles. In my opinion, a chef should be a creator, a teacher, a judge, and even a "hatchet man," as well as a friend, depending on the situation. Above all, the quality of the dishes is his top priority.
