About
I decided on my future profession while still in school, and my first experience in the professional kitchen came in 2009 at the "Grand Hotel Europe" in St. Petersburg. In 2010, I completed an internship in Germany at an Italian restaurant, and then returned to Russia, where I worked in various restaurants in St. Petersburg from 2013. In 2019, I moved to Crimea and joined Mriya Resort & SPA, where I progressed from sous chef to head chef and now lead the kitchen of the Villa Cafe restaurant.
