About
For a long time, he worked at the Rosinter holding company. He began his career at the age of 18 in the kitchen of the TGI Fridays restaurant, where, after six months, he became a team leader and a candidate for sous chef. At the age of 20, he became a sous chef at the IL Patio restaurant. After that, he worked alongside chef Nikolai Skiba at the gastropub Remedy on Mendeleevskaya Street. Subsequently, he headed the kitchen of the Eggsellent restaurant, organizing joint guest breakfasts with Artem Mukhin, Artem Chudnenko, and other chefs. He worked as a sous chef at the Eva restaurant under the guidance of brand chef Bakhtiyar Shamsiyev. Then, he led the kitchen of the pop-up project "Dom Dynamo" of FC Dynamo, under the direction of brand chef Anton Koval'kov. He developed the breakfast menu for the Italian restaurant "Madonna" in Krasnodar. He completed an internship at Alexandra Zhirnova's bakery, and also interned at DFF under the guidance of Anton Koval'kov.
