He was born in Moscow, but spent most of his childhood outside the city, near the village of Aksinyino, surrounded by forests and fields. In his youth, he often went hunting, gathered mushrooms and herbs, and helped with gardening and tending the orchard. In 2011, he moved to London to live and study, graduating from Kingston University with a degree in marketing. Five years later, he returned to Moscow. Discovering his passion for cooking, he left his office job and began his career in restaurants in Moscow. In his free time, he enjoys reading various specialized books, mostly foreign publications, about travel. He believes that the most important aspect of his work is structuring processes and building sustainable systems that provide a comfortable working environment, with a focus on the product.
