For a long time, he worked in various restaurants within the Ginza Project group, starting as a line cook in the restaurants "Baklazhan" and "Volga-Volga," and eventually becoming the head chef at "Pryanosti" and "Radosti." He also worked at Jamie Oliver's restaurant on Hyde Park Corner. As part of a St. Petersburg culinary team, he participated in the Formula 1 event in Sochi.

He was born in Leningrad and graduated from a secondary school with a focus on chemistry. After that, he immediately started working as a cook (while also completing courses to become a pastry chef). His family are his biggest fans, visiting all the restaurants where he works, trying all the dishes, and providing honest feedback, which helps him achieve great results.

His hobbies include playing the electric guitar, collecting comic books since childhood, and enjoying visits to restaurants and exhibitions focusing on experimental physics, the study of the universe, and space.
