Born in Sverdlovsk, he cooked his first dish, meatballs with mashed potatoes, at the age of 6, following instructions from his grandmother over the phone. In 1998, he moved to Israel with his family. His first restaurant job was at "Integral" in the city of Ashdod. He started with basic tasks and then moved to the cold kitchen. Later, he continued his work at the legendary Israeli restaurant "Kira" in the historic part of Ashdod. During its 12 years of operation, the restaurant never used advertising and was always full. He later returned to Yekaterinburg and continued his career in various restaurants in the city. He spent a long time as the Head Chef at the renowned Czech restaurant "Pan Smetan." He continued his career as a Head Chef at the restaurants "Si!" and "Steak House" in Yekaterinburg. In 2022, he joined and became the head of the first Israeli gastro-bistro in the city, called "MeyerStreet"!
