Meet Alexander Yermakov, the head chef at The Park restaurant. The main restaurant at the Ararat Park Hyatt Moscow hotel serves the best breakfasts in the city, from 6:30 AM to 11:00 AM daily. Alexander has over 17 years of experience in hotel and restaurant kitchens, ranging from Holiday Inn and Marriott Grand to the legendary Metropol. In his previous role, he was responsible for catering for the board of directors at VK headquarters, and, incidentally, he beat 70 colleagues in the "Best VK Chef" competition.
