Chef Alexander Dudka began his career in the restaurant group Gourmet Alliance in Moscow, working at the De Marco cafe chain. He then became the head chef at the Bella Pasta restaurant on Solyanka Street. He honed his culinary skills under the guidance of Executive Chef Vladimir Kokhlov. Currently, he independently manages the kitchen at the De Marco cafe located at 13 Leninsky Prospekt.
