What is the secret of a skilled chef? Alexei Suvorov, the head chef at the "Pechka Bar" restaurant, a successful independent project, knows the answer to this question. He began creating his first culinary masterpieces in the restaurant kitchen at the age of 16, and today he is rightfully considered a true master and virtuoso of the culinary arts.

After five years of active work in the best establishments in Moscow, the 21-year-old chef was appointed sous chef at GQ BAR under the guidance of Konstantin Ivlev. Later, the two masters worked together at the Sheraton Palace, a five-star hotel in the capital. At the age of 24, Alexei Suvorov reached a new milestone: he became the head chef of an Italian restaurant, and then the brand chef for a chain of restaurants in the Moscow region.

Among his achievements are successful participation in the international competition of the French gastronomic guild, Chaine des Rotisseurs, in St. Petersburg in 2009, and a victory in a Russian grilling competition. The team led by Chef Suvorov confidently made it into the top 10 out of 150 participants at the Grillmania competition in the Czech Republic in 2012.

He has undergone internships in Italy, independently studied Georgian cuisine in the best traditions, honed his skills in traditional Russian cuisine, attended various master classes with chefs in different culinary fields, and participates annually in GASTREET events in Sochi. He has also completed internships at restaurants such as RED FOX (Krasnaya Polyana), The PECH (Krasnodar), YALLA (Rostov-on-Don), Omnivore, and participated in the Chefs Team festivals. This is just a partial list of Alexei's active culinary life as he strives for continuous improvement.

He is a father of three children, an avid motorcyclist, a traveler, a constant generator of new ideas and concepts, and a wise mentor to his team.
