About
He began his career in 2010, immediately falling in love with the profession and starting to develop his skills. He initially worked with Taras Zhemelko and Zhir Nytil, catering for a Gazprom delegation in Sochi, and then became the Head Chef at Girlanda Steak Shop and Show. He was involved in the creation of the Nordic restaurant and launched Recolte, a restaurant with a complex and interesting premium fine dining concept, where he prepared exquisite and refined dishes to complement expensive wines.
Awards and achievements: Nordic top 50 WTE Russia Recolte top 50 WTE Russia Chef of the Year 2021, according to Kommersant Chef of the Year, as awarded by the "Palm Branch. Best in the Industry 2023" award.
