A young, yet already quite experienced chef, who has earned respect in the culinary industry. At the age of 24, he has already led well-known projects such as Maya and Rocky-2, and also worked as a brand chef in the "Good Girl" restaurant chain throughout Russia and abroad. He has also opened restaurants in Turkey (Bodrum), Kazan, Tashkent, and throughout the country. Alexei is a teacher at the SVCh and Novikov culinary schools, a speaker at gastronomic events such as Gastrit, Megustro, and "Breakfast with the Chef," and often participates in television projects such as "Chefs on Wheels" and "Good Morning" on Channel One. In 2023, he was nominated for the "Chef's Breakfast" award as "Breakthrough of the Year." He has repeatedly appeared in rankings of young chefs and is an ambassador for the RestUp restaurant academy. Alexei interned in Italy, where he studied the authentic traditions of Italian cuisine. He worked with Tom Kitchin for three years at Maya. There, he learned about the European emphasis on discipline, as Tom had worked for four years at the Noma restaurant. From the age of 16, Alexei was certain that his path was in culinary arts. From childhood, he was passionate about fishing and cooking. At the age of 20, becoming a chef, he realized that for success in this profession, it's not so much about connections or education, but about a sense of taste, discipline, and a constant desire to improve. Alexei has often emphasized that the most important part of the job is not the mechanics, but the search for inspiration and new ideas. His love for travel, sports, and extreme activities has also played an important role in his development as a chef. Climbing Mount Elbrus, swimming with whales, freediving in the Barents Sea for crabs, and traveling across Europe – all of this inspires him to create new and unique gastronomic projects. Alexei's main culinary direction is the synthesis of Italian cuisine with Japanese elements, or "itamé," which combines European traditions with Asian techniques and vibrant flavors. He strives to create dishes that evoke strong, memorable sensations and a desire to return for more.
