Today, Alexander Makienko is the head chef of the Moscow restaurant "Dom Kul'tur," where he is responsible for all kitchen operations and the development of the restaurant's culinary program. He is the author of the menu, which combines seasonality, familiar flavors, and comfortable dining. He prefers to work with simple, recognizable ingredients, reinterpreting them through modern techniques and flavor combinations. In his dishes, he combines the principles of European cuisine with street food, emphasizing textures, balance, and warmth of flavor.
