About

Alexander began his career in Rostov-on-Don at the Petrovsky Prichal restaurant in the early 2000s, where he became the head chef in just 3 years. He then worked in the United States. He opened a Russian cuisine restaurant called Saint Petersburg in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He also gained experience at Sheraton hotels and underwent training in Rome. For the past 10 years, he has worked at the "Grand Hotel Polyana," a subsidiary of Gazprom. He has participated in the organization of numerous international summits and investment forums. Now, Alexander has returned to his hometown to develop local cuisine on an international level. At "Utkino," the chef virtuously presents modern Russian cuisine with his own unique touch. The dishes are primarily based on products from the estate's own hunting grounds and local farms.

Alexander was born in Yakutia. At the age of 6, he moved to Rostov-on-Don with his family. Education: Moscow State University of Technology and Management, majoring in Food Technology Engineering, from 2004 to 2009. Family: He has two wonderful children who are in school and a loving wife. His wife is Anastasia, his daughter is Varvara, and his son is Dmitry. Hobbies: Cooking for his family and friends, hunting, traveling, and skiing.
