About
Adrian Ketglas was born in Argentina. He studied at a culinary school in Paris, completed an internship at the legendary Marco Pierre White's restaurant in London, and worked with Marc Fosh in Mallorca. Adrian considers Marc Fosh to be his most important mentor, and it was in Fosh's Michelin-starred restaurant, Bacchus, that Adrian, starting as a cook, rose to the position of sous chef.
