Tabal Gastronomi Evi is a civic project backed by the city of Niğde. Its mission is to showcase local traditions and regional ingredients – an initiative mission it fulfils with conviction. The enticing menu (you can't argue with the prices!) makes choosing a challenge. Will you go for the baked potatoes topped with crumbled blue cheese, dill and a rocket salad on the side?
