Coxinendi — “cucinando” in Sardinian — is the venue created by Davide Atzeni, a chef with solid experience behind him, who has chosen to leave the island’s hinterland to land directly on the sands of Poetto. Here, along the celebrated stretch loved by the people of Cagliari and by visitors to the city, the restaurant takes on a new dimension, immersed in light and the breath of the sea. The stylistic signature remains the one declared at the opening of the menu: a cuisine that is “Sardinian, creative, free‑handed and at a human pace,” capable of blending identity with expressive freedom. Completing the experience, the spacious outdoor area invites guests to dine with their gaze drifting toward Capo Sant’Elia.
