ABOUT THE RESTAURANT The new venue features an unconventional format. Its stylish yet restrained interior, designed by Irina Glik, simultaneously evokes 1950s Parisian brasseries, a sturdy American diner, and a Basque hameria. The deceptively simple chairs are a direct nod to mid-20th-century European hospitality. However, the small bakery and pastry corner near the entrance clearly hints at familial ties with other Semifreddo Group restaurants. Familiarizing oneself with the menu, which suggests "something greater" than just an "Italian gastropub," confirms this impression. It can truly be called Best of Italia: Chef Andrea Galli and Semifreddo Group's Brand Chef Nino Graziano have managed to pack a short menu with diverse corners of Italian gastrography. At the very least, the culinary geography is represented. From Piemonte's Fritto Misto to Parma ham, Milan-style turkey fillet, Sicilian sea bass, and other Italian specialties, the concise menu is highly representative. Beyond the expected variety of focaccias, several types of pizza and pasta are prepared here, including gluten-free options upon request. Classic Italian dishes coexist with signature creations, a hallmark of all restaurants in the group. One of the focaccieria's signature features is the in-house sausages and hams from Chef Andrea Galli. These include exquisite Parmigiano-Reggiano-style Culatello, three types of small sausages: spicy, Felino salami, Fabriano salami, as well as coppa, mortadella, and beef and pork pancetta. Additionally, there is a wide selection of cheeses, while fresh mozzarella and burrata are made daily by Italian cheesemakers and delivered here.
