Feng Chi Goose

Now run by the fourth generation, this family business has consistently served delicious goose dishes and provided warm and friendly service. Freshly slaughtered local geese are used – they are never chilled or frozen but prepared daily to ensure quality and a bouncy texture. The hindquarters are especially prized for their high fat content. Sides such as goose offal and marinated meat are also popular. Best accompanied by plain noodle soup.
