Crossing the threshold of the hotel of the same name, a traditional mountain dwelling, guests are welcomed by the immediate warmth of two dining rooms: thanks not only to the crackling fireplaces, but also to the embrace of wood, the understated elegance of the interiors, and attentive service. In the kitchen, animal proteins remain central, while growing attention is given to the plant world, supported by three gardens – two of them owned – that supply much of the produce. The menu features the “HABITAT” tasting journey, more creative and devoted to local products, alongside an à la carte option allowing guests to freely compose two or three courses plus dessert. Not to be missed is the shop across from the restaurant: a small treasure trove where guests can find the bread sampled during the meal and other house specialties.
