With no less than two establishments in the French capital, Joël Robuchon’s renowned Ateliers are literally making their way around the world. The saga began on here, a stone's throw from the Arc de Triomphe, in the basement of the Champs Élysées Publicis Drugstore. In a red and black interior, diners sit on high stools at a long counter overlooking the kitchen in a hushed and meditative vibe. The Robuchon brand embodies a contemporary approach to fine dining, including a vegetarian menu. Diners can choose between small tasting portions or regular helpings. A final touch that will please wine buffs: all the wines by the glass are served from magnums.
